Local Getaways for Nature Lovers

While much of the country may be bundling up this time of year, most Floridians are already enjoying what feels like spring weather. And that makes it the perfect time to go out and explore all that nature has to offer. What people may not know is just how much is waiting to be explored and just a short drive away.
Many of these natural getaways also offer the chance to see our unique solar arrays up close. With over 70 local parks, zoos and museums across Florida, FPL SolarNow solar trees and canopies harness the power of the sun to generate low-cost and reliable energy, all while being surrounded by natural beauty.
