Are you ready for the holidays? FPL SolarNow is celebrating the season with festively lit solar trees, arts and crafts, and fun-filled holiday events that are perfect for the whole family.

This holiday season, we’re thankful for the role solar plays in creating clean energy that benefits us all. As part of FPL SolarNow, over 70+ locations across Florida have been transformed into living classrooms to teach communities, including future generations, about the benefits of solar. Seeing these innovative solar structures up close is just one way to learn about and appreciate the world’s most important source of energy.

We hope you join us in the holiday cheer!

Our Solar Trees Light Up, Too!

You may be lighting your own Christmas tree or decorating your house with sparkling lights, but our solar trees are also shining in the night sky with dazzling lights. Make sure to check out select FPL SolarNow locations to see these unique, innovate structures in your own backyard, including Babcock Ranch, Zoo Miami, Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science, Palm Beach International Airport, ArtsPark at Young Circle, Exploration Tower at Port Canaveral, and Riverfront Veterans Memorial Park.

“Sunny” the Solar Tree is in the Holiday Spirit

Have you met Sunny at one of our locations across Florida? Now, you can create your own masterpiece featuring the virtual, “talking” solar tree with our downloadable coloring pages, inspired by the holidays and our partner locations.

Download here: Beach / Zoo

On your next visit to your local park, zoo or museum, let Sunny show you how the rays from the sun can be turned into solar energy! Through augmented reality and 3D imagery, you can learn all about how solar panels work and FPL’s commitment to bring more solar power to Florida.

‘Tis the Season with Fun Events at Our Partner Locations

Whether you’re rockin’ around the Christmas tree or spinning dreidels this December, there is an event hosted by an FPL SolarNow partner near you.
